Mr. Israel Harel - Active chairman and financial advisor

Mr. Reli Harel has been the active chairman and financial advisor of Ofil ever since 1993. Mr Harel is a director of privately owned agricultural development companies, and serves as the chairman and director of Marbec Tnuva cooperatives. He is a Kaplan Prize winner for streamlining Israeli economy Methods.
Mr. Harel hold a Bachelor of Science in economics and mathematics from the Hebrew University and M.Sc from MBA.

Mr. Moshe Goldbaum, General Manager & CEO

Has been serving as General Manager and CEO since June 2005.
Mr. Goldbaum has gathered experience in business development and international marketing of Hi-Technology products. He gained expertise in managerial positions in the fields of Semi-conductor, defense and homeland security and advanced medical products and techniques for human therapy. Previously Mr. Goldbaum served as a marketing and business director of one of the largest leading defense industries in Israel, and as a VP marketing and sales in the area of medical devices.
Mr. Goldbaum holds a Bachler of Science in Aeronautical and Space Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Pinhas Lindner has retired

Dr. Pinhas Lindner retired in January 2008 after leading Ofil for the last fifteen years. Dr. Linder was well known among the UV inspection community as a corona specialist; he lectured in countless conferences and professional meetings; wrote articles about corona and arcing; was involved in developing the solar blind filters and in the development of the DayCor camera. Dr. Lindner was also involved in marketing and in business development and has gained many friends all over the world.

Dr. Pinhas still visits Ofil and advises his followers. He will be happy to assist in matters that concern corona and arcing and SBUV imaging.

Uzia Cohen Nivon, R&D Manager

Uzia Nivon heads Ofil's research and development department since 2007. Uzia's expertise are in remote sensing materials and in diffractive optical element (DOE) where he owns numerous patents. Uzia is experienced in developing Semiconductor processes, optical measurements and analytical equipment and in developing equipment for the Home Land Security. Published articles about remote sensing materials.
Uzia Cohen Nivon holds Masters degree in Physics and a B.Sc. in Physics and Geology from the Jerusalem Hebrew University
